Work With Us

Join Us on Our Mission

Established in 2023, Nas Recovery Centre (NRC) is a non-profit, African-led drug, alcohol, and mental health service based in Cranbourne, Melbourne. We’re committed to addressing the unique challenges faced by the African Australian community through culturally responsive, trauma-informed care. Our work focuses on reducing stigma around mental health and AOD (alcohol and other drugs), improving access to treatment, and strengthening resilience in individuals, families, and communities across Victoria.

There are many ways you can support or get involved with Nas Recovery Centre’s mission:

About You

We’re looking for passionate, skilled individuals who are committed to supporting vulnerable communities through culturally responsive care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a discipline such as AOD, Mental Health, Nursing, Social Work, Public Health, Counselling, or Psychology.
  • Proven experience (3+ years), preferably in the health or community services sector.
  • National Police clearance, NDIS, and Working with Children Check.
  • First Aid certification.

If you are ready to make a difference in the lives of others and build a rewarding career in community services, apply today, and take the first step toward a fulfilling future.
